But mold powder has typically been manufactured in large batches cranking out tens of thousands of pounds per hour, using the lowest cost raw materials, trying to achieve the lowest product cost. This doesn’t work if you need to increase your steelmaking productivity, improve your product quality, or cast a new high-tech grade of steel. The lack of premium mold powders can seriously limit the capabilities of the entire industry.

Dynamix Casting Fluxes was born out of a desire to change that. To make a contribution to the steel industries’ ability to take a step forward. To create a manufacturing process that emphasizes precision and consistency. To deliver exactly what each customer needs.
